How do I place an order?
You can order directly from our website: https://empirerolling.com/. We accept most forms of payment, and we will promptly send your order to you. Alternatively, we are in most smoke shops. If your local smoke shop does not carry our products, let them know about our products. You can have them email us or send us their information, and we will reach out on your behalf. For helping us get set up, we are happy to send you 10% of the order from the store!
How old do I have to be to purchase your product?
Underage sale of our product is not permitted. You must be 18 years or older to purchase our product. Please note that an adult signature is required for delivery.
When will my product get to me?
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and it will take 3-5 business days to get to you, excluding international shipments. Using First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–and 21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Thank you for being so patient.
Is there a tracking number with my order?
No, unless you have ordered an Empire Box or more. If you requested a box or more, you will receive tracking when your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. However, we require that you pay for shipping. Therefore, we suggest that you order in bulk to avoid paying repeat shipping fees.
Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the package must pay these charges. Duties and fees apply only to International and Canadian orders.
How long does the product take to get to me?
Typically shipping takes 3-5 days unless there is a delay from the carrier from weather, peak seasons, ext.
Is the product ok to smoke?
YES, of course! We create our products with a connoisseur in mind. We meticulously craft all of our notes from all-natural ingredients.
What are the ingredients?
The ingredients are simple: vegetable paper, non-toxic vegetable oil coloring, and organic sugar glue. That's it.
Do you provide refunds or some guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction with all of our products. However, if you are not satisfied, let us know, and we will refund you the money, and you can keep the product. No questions asked.
Do you do wholesale orders?
Yes, we do wholesale orders. Please send us an email at email@example.com for more information.
Is there cheaper pricing than the wholesale option on the website?
We offer cheaper pricing; however, you must place a minimum order of over 5 or 10 boxes. If this is you, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer dropshipping?
No, we, unfortunately, don't offer drop shipping. We do, however, have plenty of wholesale options for any sized business. In addition, we have an ambassador program that allows you to get paid up to 15% off of every sale! Check out our ambassador page here.
Do I need to provide my Business Tax ID?
Yes, we require your Business Tax ID, failure to include your Business Tax ID could result in becoming a blocked reseller.
Anything else I should know?
Purchasing as a wholesale reseller from us means you are an extension of our business. Therefore, please act ethically on our behalf selling the papers.
Most importantly, by purchasing from us, you agree to our Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) of $3.30 a pack in stores and $4.15 online. If you do not follow our MAP pricing policy, you will immediately be blocked and will no longer sell our product.

Do you accept Western Union, Checks, or Money orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any of these payment methods. However, purchases can be made conveniently online with our simple website.
